When you acquire a new virtual POS, instead of redirecting transactions from your old virtual POS one by one through the related page settings, you can select multiple transactions in bulk and redirect them to your new virtual POS.
To perform this action, go to:
Settings > Payment Systems > Virtual POS > Redirect Virtual POS
After selecting which POS should be redirected to which new POS, choose the channels you want to redirect and click Save.
Example Use Cases
When using a single POS for both donations and membership fees, and adding a new POS to separate the two.
Redirecting donations to your general donation accounts when the temporary POS added for fundraising permissions expires.
Redirecting transactions in bulk to an economic enterprise POS added for events, e-cards, or similar operations.
Limitations
Virtual POS redirection for recurring donations / automatic membership fee instructions & stored cards can only occur between bank virtual POS systems. It is not possible to perform this operation between licensed payment institutions or between a licensed payment institution and a bank virtual POS.
