İş Bankası, TEB, ING, Halkbank, Şekerbank, and AnadoluBank banks offer virtual POS services from the Payten (Asseco) infrastructure. The process of defining all these banks to Fonzip is 99% the same. In our document, we will use İş Bankası interfaces as an example.
Creating a Virtual POS API user
First, go to your bank's report interface.

ING: https://sanalpos.ingbank.com.tr
İş Bankası: https://spos.isbank.com.tr
Şekerbank: https://sanalpos.sekerbank.com.tr
TEB: https://sanalpos.teb.com.tr
Enter your merchant code, username, and password, then click Login.
Click on the Management menu at the top. Then, go to the Users > Add New User section on the left and enter your username and password for the virtual POS API user.
ATTENTION!
You must select API User in the Role (*) section.
After entering the information, click the Submit button below.
Defining the 3D Secure Key
From the menu on the left, go to 3D Secure > Change Security Key section and define your 3D secure key.
Done! Now it's time to add the information to Fonzip.
Introducing POS information to Fonzip
From the menu on the left, go to Settings > Payment Systems section and click the Connect button in the section where the Bank virtual POS is located.
On the screen that appears, enter your bank as the bank.
You must enter the Merchant Code you used when logging into the report interface into the Member Merchant / Merchant ID number field.
You need to enter the information of the API user you created in the report interface as the Username and Password.
The 3D Secure key is delivered to you when your virtual POS is first set up. If it hasn't been delivered, go to the Management section from the virtual POS report interface, then go to the 3D secure > Change Security Key section on the left and create a new security key. Enter this key into the form below in the same way.
Give it the name you want to see in the system and click the Save button.
Great! The process is complete. If you give us a little time for activation, we will activate it as soon as possible.
Important Warnings
3D Model
Only virtual POS systems working with the 3D model are supported in the Fonzip system. If your 3D model is different, please contact the Payten teams at [email protected] for the relevant change.
Nonsecure and CVV-less transactions (Mail Order)
If you want to receive regular membership/donation payments with your Virtual POS, you may need to enable your virtual POS for CVV-less and nonsecure transactions. You need to contact your bank regarding this issue.
IP Filter
Some banks may apply IP restrictions to virtual POS. If your Virtual POS has an IP restriction, please contact [email protected] to add the following IP addresses to the approved list.
