We are preparing a help document for our company.
In Fonzip, you can always use your own custom-designed e-cards / e-certificates with personalized designs and content for your organization, or you can add the seasonal designs prepared by Fonzip to your existing e-cards page within seconds.
When you click the E-Cards menu and then the Create E-Card button, you can proceed by selecting Choose Ready Design to publish the ready-made e-cards offered by Fonzip.
Steps to Follow:
Select the ready-made design you would like to use.
Many settings for the selected e-card will come pre-configured. You will need to edit the following fields under the Listing Settings section:
Category (Optional)
Virtual POS
Email Template to Be Sent to the Supporter
Email Template to Be Sent to the Recipient*
*You must use a double-name email template. For example: “Dear Erdi Yerebasmaz, Emre Danacı has made a donation to our foundation on your behalf for your birthday.”
Finally, click the Save button to publish the e-card.
