If printed delivery is selected while making an e-card transaction, Fonzip offers a few features that make the delivery process easier for you and the person who makes the transaction.
Pending printed delivery e-card transaction notification
If a printed delivery has been selected from your e-card page and an e-card transaction has been made, administrators are instantly notified about the transaction.
In order for this notification to come, make sure that the Pending E-Card option is switched on in your Notification settings in your profile. You will be notified by e-mail and push notification.
Apart from this notification, you can see the number of pending e-cards in the Notifications section of the top menu.
Cargo tracking processes
1. Listing
You can find e-cards that require printed delivery using the Cargo Status filter in the list of successful e-card transactions.
2. Preparation for Cargo
The pending status is the status for e-cards waiting to be shipped.
If you downloaded and print the E-Card, you can click Update As Prepared. In this case, a notification message is sent to the person making the transaction, stating that your card has been prepared and will be delivered to cargo.
3.Entering Shipping Information
If the e-card is updated as prepared, Enter Cargo Information button will be active. If you click this button, you will see a field where you can enter cargo information.
If you enter the cargo company and tracking number in this section, this tracking information will be shared by e-mail to the person making the transaction.
After entering the cargo information, the status of the transaction will be updated as Delivered.
4. Update as Delivered
If you do not want to provide any information about the cargo status, you can click the Update as Delivered button in the transactions menu. In this case, the e-card is updated as sent and the notifications in the top menu are removed. No notification is sent to the person making the transaction.
