As Fonzip, we have completed our transition to QNB's new virtual POS infrastructure. Here are the steps you need to follow to switch from your old virtual POS to the new one, if you have one, or to connect a newly acquired virtual POS to Fonzip;
Creating an API User from QNB Interface
Log in from https://vpos.qnb.com.tr/login with the interface password provided to you.
On the screen that opens, go to the Management > User Management section in the top left.
In the User Management section, click on the Merchant User Definition section on the left.
Click the + Add New button on the far right of the screen that appears.
Create an API user by selecting Api User as the Authorization Profile and Select All as the Transaction Type. The user password and 3D Secure key will be sent to the email address you entered when creating the user.
In the email you receive, you will find the Username, User Password, and 3D merchant key information. The API user password should not be changed, as stated by QNB.
Defining the API User in Fonzip
In Fonzip, go to the Settings > Payment Systems > Virtual POS section in the left menu and click the Connect button in the Bank Virtual POS section.
On the Add Payment System screen, select QNB as the bank. Take the requested information for merchant, username, password, and 3D Secure key from the email sent to the API user's email address and add it here.
Save your POS and wait for our approval for activation. However, there is one more step you need to take while waiting for approval.
IP Definitions
QNB virtual POS uses an IP limit. Therefore, you need to define your IP addresses in the system.
For this, please send the following email to [email protected];
Hello,
Could you please add the following IP addresses to the IP definitions of our virtual POS belonging to XXX with merchant number XXX?

After the QNB virtual POS support team completes your definitions, your virtual POS will be ready.
