If you are encountering the "You are not authorized" warning while performing a transaction as an admin in Fonzip, there may be two reasons.
1. You may not be authorized to perform this operation in your administrator privilege. Please have a look at the admin roles article.
2. Your administrator privileges may not be loaded due to a momentary problem. In this case, exit your account using the logout button at the top right, re-login by refreshing the page.
