When do invoices occur?

In Fonzip, your invoices are generated on a monthly basis. The fixed fee and all your transactions in a month are calculated on the first day of the next month and are created as the previous month's invoice, and the system administrators are notified by e-mail. For use within the period January 1, 2021 - January 31, 2021, the futura dated January 31, 2021 will automatically occur on February 1, 2021.

When is the due date of the invoice?

For institutions located in Turkey, the last payment date is the 15th day of each month. If there is a card defined for invoice payments, the invoice amount will be automatically charged on the last payment day. On the invoices, there is the last payment date (due date) information. The invoice can be paid until the due date, either by card from the system or by money order/EFT to our bank account, if desired. You can find our account information in the Bill payment section (see How do I access invoices?).

There is no maturity period for institutions outside of Turkey. As soon as the invoices are created, they are collected from the card defined in the system.

Do you notify me when my invoice is created?

A notification e-mail is sent to your institution's e-mail address defined in the system when an invoice is generated. In addition, a notification e-mail is sent to the administrators who have access to invoices in the system and who have the Administrator Settings > Notifications > Invoice notifications feature turned on.

How can I access invoices?

From the Account section at the top right of the system, click the Billing & Membership section and enter the membership section. (Alternatively, you can access it from the left menu under Settings > Billing & Membership.)

In this section, you can access your invoices by going to the Invoices section above.

You can download your legal invoice from the Download E-Invoice section. If you want, you can go to the bill payment section by clicking the Pay button on the right to make your card payment within the system.

What happens if I don't pay my bill on time?

Your membership will continue until the end of the month, but you will receive a warning in the system that your bill has passed its due date.

If your bill is not paid by the end of the month, your bill for that month will also be created, but your membership will not start again until you pay both bills.
