Why is it Necessary?

Passwords can be stolen, especially if you use the same password for multiple sites. If you enable Two-Factor Authentication, your Fonzip account will be safe even if your password is stolen.

Note: This app is for system administrators / admins only. It does not apply to end users such as members, donors or volunteers.

How does it work?

Once TwoFA is enabled, enter your password as usual for your logins. Then enter the code we sent you on the screen that appears and complete the login process.

Where is it set?

When you enter the admin panel, you need to enter your personal profile by clicking its name in the upper right and click the Settings tab.

Two-Factor Verification Methods:

By phone (SMS):

Enter the phone number from which you want to receive the Two-Factor Verification code. You must have this phone with you when logging into your Fonzip account. A security code will be sent to your phone every time you want to log into your Fonzip account.

Authentication Application:

Instead of sending you a code every time you sign in, you can use the Authentication app on your phone to generate the code. You must enter this generated code at login, just like codes sent via SMS.

Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc. you can use apps.

Multiple People Using an Admin Account

This scenario is a situation that should not occur under normal conditions.

We would like to remind you that unlimited number of administrators can be created in all Fonzip membership packages.

All administrators must use their own accounts in order to distinguish which administrator performed a transaction. We would like to remind you that an account will be prevented from being used by different people at the same time in the near future.
