Balance fixations can only be accessed from user / company profiles. Go to the Membership Dues section on the right of the profile page. Click the Operations button to the right of the balance fix you want to delete. Click on Delete in the menu that appears.

If you confirm the warning screen that appears, the balance fix you added will be deleted.
