How to add Payment with Excel?

Fonzip allows membership dues payments to be uploaded to the system collectively with an Excel file. What you need to do is;

  1. Clicking on Payments & Debtors from the Collection & Debts menu and clicking the Import Payment From Excel button at the top,

  2. The file is uploaded by determining whether the record will be skipped (Skip), overwrite the other record (Overwrite) or what to do each time (Ask me) in duplicate records (i.e., if there is more than one record of a person).

  3. After selecting the Excel file, the field corresponding to the titles edited in the Excel file is selected (For example; Excel Title: mail, Corresponding field: E-mail should be selected).

  4. It is mandatory to assign the Loan Amount field. Otherwise, an error warning may be encountered.
