You can refund an e-card transaction made with a card in 2 ways.
From the successful E-Card transactions menu

Go to E-Cards > Transactions from the menu on the left and open the Successful transactions list.
Click the Operations button to the right of the transaction you want to refund in the list that opens and click the Make Refund button. If you approve on the confirmation screen that appears, the transaction will be refunded.
From the E-Card transaction editing section
When you come to the editing section of the e-card transaction, you can click the Make Refund button at the bottom of the page. When you click it again, you will see a warning screen.
