Where can I edit the ticket sales?
From the event attendance list
From the navigation menu on the left, go to Events > Events and click the Operations button on the right of the event where the sale is and select Participant List. Then go to the Ticket Sales section.
Click the Transactions button to the right of the ticket you want to edit and select Edit.
From the general attendance list
From the navigation menu on the left, go to Events > Ticket Sales. Then go to the Ticket Sales section above.
Click the Transactions button to the right of the ticket you want to edit and select Edit.
Arranging ticket sales
In the screen that opens, you can update the participant information and payment information.
After making the changes, you can save the changes by clicking the Save button at the bottom right.
