E-Card transaction has been processed but no e-card has been sent?

Find the relevant transaction from the Transactions menu, click the Operations button to the right and select Recreate & Send.

The person performing the e-card transaction entered a wrong name?

Find the relevant transaction from the Transactions menu, click the Operations button to the right and select Edit. After making the changes, save and click the Operations button again from the list and select Recreate & Send.

Can I get a bulk e-card transaction list?

Click the Export to Excel button on the right in the E-Card transactions section. Select the sections you want to download to Excel and click Download.

You can follow the process from the Tasks menu. When your file is prepared, you can download it from the tasks menu or from the e-mail sent to you.
