What Can I Do In User / Company Profile?

Updating user / company information, adding notes, donations, dues, etc.

When you enter the profile of a person or company, you reach a profile page like the one below. In addition to accessing the general information of the person from this page, you can perform many operations.

Pressing the Operations button on the top left;

  • Can apply tags

  • Person can be updated as Corporate

  • Corporate can be updated as Person

  • Can be merged with another profile

  • Can delete the record

  • Can add donations to the person

  • Can fix the person's balance

  • Can add dues to the person

  • Can add dues to the person

  • You can start a user campaign

You can use the Previous / Next buttons at the top left for fast transition to other records. You can determine the order in which you will reach the previous and next record by clicking the Name Surname / Member Number buttons in the middle section.

The sections you can view are as follows;

  • User Timeline

  • Information

  • Dues

  • Donations

  • Events

  • Forms

  • E-Cards

  • Posts & Reminders

User Timeline

In this section, you can view all the transactions done by the person. If you want, you can add notes about the person by clicking the Add Note button.

Information

You can view and update the person's information in this section.

Dues/Subscriptions

In this section, you can view all dues transactions of the person as current account movement. Besides;

  • You can download all current account transactions as statements

  • Can fix balance

  • Can add payment

  • May add debt

  • You can view, edit, return or delete any subscription transaction.

Donations

In this section, you can view all donation transactions of the person, if you wish, you can add a new donation to the person by clicking the Add Donation button.

You can view the monthly donation instructions of the person from the Monthly Donations section, if you wish, you can update the card regarding the instructions, change the amount, change the date, cancel it, etc. you can do the transactions.

You can see the user campaigns initiated by the person from the Fundraising Campaigns section. You can create a new campaign for the person by clicking the Create Campaign button.

Events

In this section, you can see the tickets the person has bought.

Forms

In this section, you can see all the form responses the person has filled in.

E-Cards

In this section, you can view all the e-cards that the person receives and edit them if you wish. You can add a new e-card transaction to the person by clicking the Add E-Card Transaction button.

Messages & Reminders

In this section, you can view all E-mails and SMS sent to the person and view their content.

If you wish, you can turn on the automatic debt reminder by SMS or e-mail and set how often the reminder will be sent. You can also view when the next debt reminder will be sent.
