How can I grant permissions to individuals outside my organization for a specific event?

You can grant individuals outside your organization the authority to manage door/ticket control for your events. This includes the ability to view all event participants, download the list as an Excel file, and scan QR codes on tickets.

These individuals must be registered in your contacts & organization list. Once registered, they can log in either by using the "Forgot Password" option or via social media platforms associated with their registered email addresses.

When creating or editing an event, you can authorize these individuals by entering their names in the Event Managers section for that event.

Event managers can access participants’ full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and responses to custom questions. They can also download this information in Excel format and perform QR code ticket checks at the event entrance.

If you want individuals to perform QR code ticket checks without accessing personal data, you should add them as authorized personnel in the Ticket Control Officers section. For more detailed information, please refer to our article Ticket Control at the Event Entrance.
