Trial Period Terms and Conditions
Duration:
The trial period is valid for 1 month.
Fixed Fee:
During this period, you will not be charged a monthly fixed fee unless you change your package.
If you upgrade or change your package, your invoice at the end of the month will include a prorated fixed package fee based on the number of days remaining in the month.
Usage Limits:
A maximum of 100 online card payment transactions can be made.
You have the right to send up to 1,000 emails.
If these limits are exceeded, the additional usage will automatically be reflected in your invoice at the end of the month.
Expiration:
At the end of the trial period, your membership will automatically expire.
If you do not make a purchase, your account will be closed automatically — meaning your account will not renew automatically after the trial period.
Starting Your Membership
Starting Membership During the Trial Period
If you wish to continue your membership during the trial period, simply go to the left-hand menu and navigate to:
Settings > Membership and Billing > Membership
Then select Continue Membership.
Starting Membership After the Trial Period
If you want to continue your membership after the trial period has ended, go to the left-hand menu and select:
Settings > Membership and Billing > Membership
Then click Purchase Membership and choose the package you wish to subscribe to.
Restarting a Membership Closed Due to Unpaid Invoice
If your account is closed due to an unpaid invoice, you will not be able to start a new membership immediately.
Once payment is made:
If your previous membership ended less than 6 months ago, it will be automatically renewed.
If your previous membership ended more than 6 months ago, log in to your account, go to the left-hand menu, and navigate to:
Settings > Membership and Billing > Membership,
then click Purchase Membership to select the package you want.
