If you are a civil society organization with members, you can immediately start using the digital membership cards that Fonzip automatically generates for your members.
Fonzip automatically creates a digital membership card for every person who has a Member Number in the system. The QR code on the card can be scanned with any mobile phone camera to check whether the card is valid. You must add at least one validity condition for the membership cards to be active.
Your organization determines the rules for under which conditions the card will be valid or invalid. You can also customize the card design. You can perform the relevant actions under People & Organizations / User Platform / Membership Card in the menu.
For example: You can create a rule requiring the person to have no outstanding membership fees or to have a specific tag for the digital membership card to be considered valid.
Acquiring Membership Cards & Sending Them to Members
Your association members can access their personal profiles on your organization’s Fonzip page, view their digital membership cards, and save them to their phones.
In addition, as an association, you can send digital membership cards to your members in bulk with a single action.
Example Use Cases:
Membership check at the entrance of NGO headquarters or local branches
Eligibility check for access to certain services or facilities
Membership verification by partner brands offering discounts to your members
Your members can access their personal profiles, view their digital membership cards, and save them to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or other wallet applications.
