Using Fonzip’s fundraising tools, runners or campaign owners can easily create their own individual campaigns with personal goals. These campaigns can also be grouped under corporate teams or a general event goal, such as Istanbul Marathon 2022.
Creating Campaigns:
In the Donations / Fundraising Campaigns menu, under the Settings tab, you can find your organization-specific URL for creating campaigns. Through this page, individuals or organizations can create their campaigns. All campaign submissions go through your organization’s approval process, and campaigns not approved by your organization will not be published.
Corporate Teams:
Created campaigns can be grouped under corporate teams for a shared goal. For example, Fonzip employees can form the Fonzip Running Team. While each individual campaign has its own fundraising target, the team can also have a collective target.
Corporate Teams are created by NGO administrators in the Fonzip panel. The organization must first exist in the Users & Companies list. If not, you can add a record (e.g., “Apple”) and take the first step in creating the Apple Running Team.
In Donations / Fundraising Campaigns, under the Teams tab, use the Create Team button to create a new team or update existing ones.
In the team creation screen, the Team Owner field must be filled with an organization from your Users & Companies list.
Team Selection: Created teams appear on the campaign creation page. Individuals can select I am a Member of a Team and choose one of the listed organizations. During campaign approval, you can update or correct the team selections as needed.
Fundraising Events (Grouping Campaigns):
If your NGO participates in charitable runs for events like the Istanbul Marathon, and your target for Istanbul Marathon 2022 is 500,000 TL, you can use Fundraising Events to group all individual campaigns (including corporate teams) under a single goal. This ensures that all donations for the event contribute to reaching your overall event target.
In Donations / Fundraising Campaigns, under the Events tab, use the Add Fundraising Event button to create a new event or edit an existing one.
During campaign approval or from the campaign editing menu, NGO administrators can associate campaigns with a Fundraising Event. This is generally done when campaigns are approved.
