With Fonzip’s update on February 15, 2022, thank-you messages for donors were detailed and divided into two sections.
This allows you to send different emails, SMS messages, and e-cards to one-time and recurring donors.
If you prefer not to make a distinction, you can select the same templates for both types of donors.
Why Send Different Messages to Recurring Donors?
To provide recurring donors with information on how they can manage their recurring donation instructions themselves, such as canceling or updating donation amounts.

Your recurring donors can log in to your Fonzip panel as end users at fonzip.com/STK_yourAbbreviation and perform the following actions. However, it is useful to first provide guidance on how to perform these actions:
Update personal information
Manage communication preferences
Review contract and legal text approvals
Access details of past donations made to your organization
Manage fundraising campaigns
Submit requests regarding recurring donation instructions (e.g., cancel or update donation amounts)
