From the contact list under the People & Organizations menu in your Fonzip panel, you can select the contacts you want to transfer to IYS using search or filter features, and then use the Actions / Download Excel option to download the communication permissions for the selected contacts in a format suitable for upload to IYS (.CSV).

You can upload the .CSV file you download from here to iys.org.tr. Since IYS only allows 50 permissions to be uploaded at a time, there are gaps every 50 lines in the file. After each upload, you can delete the previous block (excluding headers) and upload the file to IYS again.

To avoid unnecessary uploads, you may choose not to select permissions for communication methods you do not use or will not use.

For example, if Emre Danacı has a registered email address and phone number in the system, when you click 'Download Permissions', the system will generate 3 permissions for one person according to IYS standards: by Phone (called), by SMS, and by Email. If you have a list of 1000 people, this means 3,000 permissions, and due to IYS's restriction of uploading only 50 permissions at a time, you will need to upload them 60 times. Therefore, for example, if you select only two communication permissions, you can create 2,000 permission records instead of 3,000 for 1,000 people. (It will be easier to upload.)
